I was hired as Zuma New York's digital media and communications coordinator, to increase brand awareness and profile in the digital world. I was in charge of content creation, community management, and analytics reporting. I budgeted and planned all media spending and managed our influencer outreach program to ensure we maximized our marketing budget. I designed and created all ads and flyers used in Facebook, Instagram, print, and digital ads to promote the brand and any special offerings. I maintained constant communication with our head of marketing and pr team, to ensure that all digital content was on brand, while also informing the team of possible marketing material (celebrity siting, local events and essential marketing days), to be promoted. In my time at Zuma New York, I was able to increase brand following by 200%, have a constant impression and reach growth secure features on prominent social accounts, and create a library worth of content. I was also able to increase traffic to the website via social media by over 100%, and increase social media bookings as well.
