I was hired by Stone Source/Mission Stone & Tile as a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager, after working together on an event. I helped manage regional events, overseeing on-site staff, and catering team. As part of the events planning team, I lead the execution of the company's '80s themed 30th Anniversary Party, featuring Tone Loc. I was the design lead on overhauling the company websites to improve functionality and drive sales to our e-commerce site. I was tasked with improving our social media strategies across multiple platforms (FB, IG, Pinterest) to improve content output, community engagement, brand awareness, and drive up sales. As part of my strategy, I designed marketing materials, produced photography, and creative videos to improve brand recognition and create dynamic sales tools. As the e-commerce manager, I was able to increase e-commerce traffic by 145%, online sales by 69%, while maintaining a 300% ROI on the paid advertisement.
